    I�m downloading the new OS released today via BBLink.
    I clicked Installed , after 20 minutes or so finished downloading but nothing was installed on my phone... my z30 was still prompting me to update. I clicked again Install on BBlink and it�s been downloading now for more than one hour...
    I don�t know what�s going on... how long does it take ? why didn�t install the first time? am I doing something wrong ?

    Thats the slowest way to load an OS could take up to 2 hours,

    maybe but I was advised is better to download via BBlink than OTA .
    I updated OTA when 10.3.1 rolled out and I had issues... this time I wanted to go thru BBLink and is not installing... argh !!

    A lot of people had issues, thats why there is a new OTA , to fix all the problems.

    Every time I have tried to install an update via Link in the past couple of years, it has failed (it just stops and screen goes back to previous without any notification). Haven't figured out why, but that has been the case with all my devices (Z10, Q10, Z30). Maybe it's the problem with the Link and Mac (I have a MacBook Air), or some bad files somewhere. Anyway, updating via OTA has been working fine in all cases for me without any problems.

    that’s what was happening to me ... kept going back never finishing installing, had to disconnect and start again and again... finally after I don’t know how many attempts has installed now.. (I’m on a Mackbook Pro)
    I hope this release fixes the issues I was having before... we’ll see
