    Hello, I have been having a series of issues with my BlackBerry Q10 - sorry for the surge of threads, but these bugs seem unrelated and I would like to make separate threads to make them easier to search for others having similar problems.

    I have been attempting to add my work email to my BlackBerry Q10. My username is "corp\myname". I am met with this error:



    Using a double backslash merely tells me my settings are incorrect. I have attempted this upwards of ten times now, so I doubt the rest of my exchange info is the problem.

    I have a Q10 with software 10.2.0.429. Wondering if there is a fix. Thank you.

    Most likely the url you are using. Have you checked with IT?
