    I see Internet Tethering on my Passport and got my Passport and Nexus 4 to pair on blue tooth, but it seems I still cannot access the Internet on the Nexus 4.
    UPDATE/SOLUTION

    the issue was in the Nexus 4, had to go into Settings>Bluetooth>Click the settings gear icon of the paired device>then under; Use For, select Internet access then tap OK!

    Why is it you rarely get a direct answer to a direct question?
