    There must be a criteria for the previews to pop up. Mine dnt work either. WhatsApp, txts and email seems to be working properly but bbm on the other hand is giving me issues. Bbm previews only show occasionally for me (almost never) and I have notice that the ones that pop up are from ios and android users.

    I'm also having issues with Preview. It works with text and email but not bbm. I hope they fix this soon.

    I'm using channels and having this issue. However I found that if you delete and re-invite a BBM contact the instant previews will start showing up for that contact.

    Not really a practical solution, but an interesting experiment.

    There is a global setting and then each notification has an on/off toggle. Chances are then individual on/off is toggled off on some of your notifications. Check each one.

    I spent hours checking and making sure... then got some iOS folks add me and it was working for their bbms. So I deleted and re-added my wife's Z10... and began getting notifications for her bbms.
