I'm not sure if anyone is experiencing this issue, but after I updated my Z10 from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1, incoming phone calls and incoming text messages from the same person would have different phone numbers.

For example, a text might come in as +44 12345678 where as the phone call displays as 012345678

Because the different ways the numbers are displayed, and how I store my contacts (with the +44 so I can use WhatsApp), the BlackBerry only displays the contact name for texts but not phone calls which is now just showing as a number. It used to work properly for both phone calls and texts on 10.2.1 and display the correct contact person for both.

I'm in the UK on Tesco Mobile if that helps.

Anyone else experiencing this as well?

Ensure that the country and area code are set correctly under Phone > Settings > Smart Dialing. It may also be worth checking the following BTSC Knowledge Base article: KB36131-SMS/Phone calls fail to display contact name, only shows phone number when EMM regulated
