One would hope not because that would mean the BlackBerry has a lot more downsizing to do this based on the size of their current and projected niche smartphone business. You can't have the same number of employees in your smart phone division as another company that selling 20 times the number of phones.

That's the difference between posting huge profits and taking a loss so I stand by my statement

OK, Blackberry had 12,700 employees in March, right before an announcement of 40% layoffs roughly divided among smartphones, enterprise software, QNX, etc. so can say 4000 smartphone employees? That's assuming one out of three Blackberry employees works on smartphones.

As of October, Apple had 80,300 employees. So, if only 1 out of 20 Apple employees work on smartphones then you may be right.

While this might be true, the bugs for Mac OSX are so minuscule, I don't recognize them.
I understand its been in the game for so long this is bound to happen but its not to not have annoyances on any major platforms.

Read iMore, the equivalent of CrackBerry and get back to me on "no bugs". Ain't gonna happen! As long as there is progress on software and hardware there will always be some bugs.

Not to sound to harsh but that just makes you a bad software tester, sorry to say so. Just because you don't find bugs does not mean there are none.
And trust me, being a software developer for quite some time, software always contains bugs, basically everything that does
not behave like you want it to might be a bug, cause who knows the specs the software was built on?
