After updating OS 10.3.3 my Passport no longer recognizes my 3G data plan from the chip of my Nextel operator. You only recognize my voice packet. With a chip from another carrier it works normally. I try to manually register the Nextel APN, but it does not save the data. I ask who can help me, will I have to change operator, or is there a way to go back as it was before the update ????

I'm having the same problem, and I tried with the nextel operators and nobody knew help me.
I too tried to do manually many times, unsucessful.
Today I asked then about the BIS or BES to my phone and I expect have a good answer until tomorrow. After that I will ask the ombudsman of them.

BIS doesn't go for BB10 only BB7.
