/sign I don't even use the alarm but I can see thiss being a huge issue. You could try Blackberry's Icanmakeitbetter.

Put your phone in Bedside Mode if you are going to use it as an overnight alarm. The entire screen becomes a snooze button and the only way to dismiss is in the alarm settings screen. You get the added benefit of a nice dark screen with amber clock that turns bright white background with black text when the alarm goes off. Sound AND light to wake you up!
    Exactly how I use it

I just got the alarm + app off BlackBerry World. To snooze you just turn the phone face down. I'm really liking that.

On top of being able to turn it face down or shake the phone to snooze, alarm+ is headless so it doesn't mess with my notifications or my ability to try and unlock the phone and respond to such with sleepy eyes.

Put your phone in Bedside Mode! This feature turns your entire screen into the snooze button, and there is no dismiss option in bedside mode. You can still allow calls to bypass this mode. but that is optional

I too agree, separate icons for vote, A big one for snooze and a mild Dismiss. Have missed lots of alarms in the morning thinking I hit the snooze

Are people reading through the thread before posting? Bedside mode! You have a huge snooze button. No risk of mistakenly dismissing alarm!

Just a thought, all these people that are complaining, maybe they could provide us Bedside Mode users with details of an alarm that actually does this different style button stuff?

As a side note: I started intentionally pressing dismiss in my half dead state, so got an alarm of snap that makes me scan a barcode to turn it off.... the barcode of my shampoo actually

Perhaps this will be enough. Is tapping the screen for snooze, and swiping up from the bottom different enough. Personally I can't see any of the other proposed solutions being better than this.
I wish they would separate the Snooze and Dismiss button on the Alarm-img_20150207_212732.png

I've been using my Q10 as an alarm clock for a couple of years. In bedside mode just tap the screen to snooze and swipe up to dismiss. Simple!

This thread should really be closed, the answer is simple. if you want a giant snooze button put your phone in bedside mode it's really the end of story. I personally rather have BlackBerry spend their time on something more important then redesigning alarm clock buttons. it's a waste of time and you guys should seriously just be using bedside mode.

Don't reply to this thread, they'll use it as a reason to further delay the release of 10.3.1 lol. Kidding you have my vote.

It really seems BlackBerry listens when they want to. The snooze and dismiss buttons much better placed on this new update. However I must admit I was confused this morning seeing this lay out for the first time
