Ever since my Passport updated to 10.3.1 it has given me nothing but problems. I have asked on here a dozen times how to downgrade and nobody can seem to help me. I tried resetting via link and it just wiped the device, but kept 10.3.1 so that did nothing. I can't get Sachesi to work right.

Tonight I'm having a problem where it keeps disabling all my saved wifi accounts, even ones I am nowhere near. I also get "Need to update account data" for accounts it won't let me update or I no longer have (Snap2Chat) and IDK how to fix any of this. Can someone PLEASE help me?

To downgrade open up link when your phone is booting. It will complain that it can't communicate and ask if you want to reload the OS. You should go back to released. Stick to autoloaders from now on. Ya it wipes it but no it generally doesn't leave you frustrated and annoyed with bugs glitches and poor performance. That's just my experience though.

So should I hard reset then plug in at the BB screen then when it's doing the blue ring it will ask to downgrade?

Problem is I updated via the AT&T accidental release which the phone recognized as official. Will that impact this process?

With the phone shut off, Plug it into a PC with link running. If the phone doesn't start booting after being plugged in, press the power button to boot it. Link should ask you to reload software or wait for the phone to boot. Choose reload software.

You were never supposed to have 10.3.1 in the first place.

I understand that, it auto updated over wifi as a mandatory update and it has been getting glitchier by the day.

So complain to at&t and go down one update. Backup your data first.

That's why I didn't give the same answer that others have already given. BlackBerry Link is the program that will help you out here.

I always thought Link was OK, but it is the biggest PITA. It is not cooperating. Will update the post if I can get it to work with me.

I get through a ton of loading then it just stops and says there's an error and to try again. This is effing ridiculous. Has anybody had this issue and remedied it?

Sorry you are having this issue. I don't have any technical suggestions, but I suggest asking on the BB10 OS or Leaked OS forums to try and get more eyeballs on your problem.

I made the mistake of upgrading to that OS as well. Have a look around the leaked OS forum for a 10.3.0.1418 autoloader, that's how I reverted. Just make sure to backup your stuff before running it.

Ditch the 10.3.1 and go back to the previous OS. AT&T buggered that OS up.

I would autoload 1151 to wipe AT&T OS. This has virtually no glitches and is my daily driver. Do not restore anything except contacts when through.
    Airplane mode
    Wipe
    Autoload 10.3.1.1151
Restore only contacts - you can use Link or other program

    Good luck.

I've never done an Autoloader before, is there one for the 10.3.0 official that someone can point me to, please?

Keep in mind, you are WIPING your device. Back up whatever you feel is required. Personally I just always start fresh but hey, some people don't like doing that.

OP your problem is you didn't use a destructive method. My advice is to do a full backup using the latest BlackBerry link.

Download the latest 10.3.1.1151 autoloader for passport.

Wipe device before using the autoloader.

Then setup your device and restore as few things as possible.

I always choose the destructive autoloader option when upgrading. And I use backup pro to backup and restore contacts, calendar, remember and etc.

I never huge problems with using leaked software.

I find the fixes and finding thread almost useless because almost EVERYONE is having problems which could have been avoided only if they use the autoloader route instead of blitz, sachesi and etc.
