I install BB10.3.1 and was surpised as I had to reinstall quite all apps, my photos were removed from terminal to sd card ( or i hope , didn't check all) all passwords asked again. it was as having a new phone. Not working at all with blackberry blend and link on window 10 ( i was hoping ) but on windows 7 yes . but sometimes give another name of my phone instaed of Z10 . has anyone aving same issue?

In most instances backup and restore with BB Link works to bring apps back to life. Passwords need to be reentered almost every time. OS installation by Sachesi works like an OTA so all remains intact. Otherwise is very much like having a new phone each time.

Windows 10 is another issue altogether. There has been some discussion of that. Maybe someone else will have more information.

You installed using autoloader.
You should have read the warnings
You lost everything and unless you made a backup you cannot recover.

no i lost Nothing . all documents and photos were there , I just had the feeling that photos were moved to sd card. my problem is still impossible to use blend or link ( z10 ic connected but not through link as is used to be)
