now i tried to restore from pc but its showin ( this blackberry device running the blackberry 10 OS. blackberry software doesn't support the blackberry 10 OS.) how can i restore pls help me

Hi !

If you try to restore your device using the backup/restore on a bricked OS (NEVER interrupt a wipe process; your device is unusable for now) you simply have zero chance to succeed. Your device can't start because you created a mess in the system files (error code descriptions and BlackBerry instructions : http://support.blackberry.com/kb/art...mber=000034545 ).

You need to reinstall the OS first. Link (BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US) can do that and restore the device to factory defaults. See : http://support.blackberry.com/kb/art...mber=000034045
