    Hi,

    I have a Z30 running the latest OS 10.3.1...I'm having some trouble keeping my phone in the off state. Whenever I hold the power button until the countdown to zero, it turns off for like 5 seconds. Then it switches on automatically like I just did a restart.

    Any idea what's happening to my phone, and the possible solution?

    Sounds like you're just letting it go past 0. Remove you finger just before 1-0.
