    When I try to add in my Microsoft account in the Onedrive bb10 app, I get this error, saying that "an error occurred, please try again later".

    I have even did a security erase in my Z30, and I am still getting this error.

    I am on 10.2.1 now, and I have also added the Outlook account successfully on my BlackBerry Hub for emails, contacts, and calendar.

    Hi,

    I'm posted this in a couple threads now. It appears that a few of us have this issue. Other members have reported that upgrading the 10.3.1 corrects this issue.

    Others have looked to third party apps (play cloud) or even using the web browser.

    I wish that I had more information for you.

    If you look up the app in Blackberry World, you'll notice that this has been going on for a little while now.

    For those on 10.3 still, an update was pushed out and it has fixed the log in problems

    Telus hasn't pushed it for the passport and I just went through a device wipe a couple weeks ago, I'm not about to load a leak and do it all over again.
    I should've loaded the leak then.

    I'm using 10.3.1.2267 based from Rogers Canada mixed with 2480 core, radio, and apps remedy for flickering. But my carrier is Globe Telecom (Philippines). All working fine here anyway

    OneDrive has been acting up for me as well. I usually am the lucky one around here and yet this is crapping out today. Computer access works flawlessly though. Heading back to DropBox for the time being. Who knows, I may even upgrade my account.
