My Hub shows a Voice mail that I cannot clear.

I opened the Voice mail and there are no messages. Tried deleting to no avail.

Not a big issue but every time I check the Hub for messages it shows 1 plus any others that arrived.

Any suggestions

I found that it won't go away until you listen to the message left on your VM and either delete the VM message or archive it. Other than that the icon seems to stay.

How are you trying to delete it? I have found for stubborn messages in the hub using the select more messages checkmark works.

From the main hub message listing, press and hold the problem message. The sub menu on the right will come up. Press the select more messages icon (has checkmark on it). Then hit the trash icon. Should do it for you.

If you already listened or deleted the message and it's still there
Call your phone and leave another message. Listen to it, and delete it (don't rush, give each step 10 seconds)
The notification will go away

Did this work AFTER howard's suggestion? or did you already listen to all new messages, saved and exited or did you listen to voice messages and hang up during playback (telling the VM server you really haven't fully listened to the VM in full so it's still marked as new).

PS: Don't worry the next generation of people will regard that icon as something COMPLETELY unknown: and is that icon, what's a cassette, what is a tape recorder????
