    My boss at work gave me his Z10 to wipe and sell it for him as he doesn't like it. The thing is it has someone's blackberry id email that he isn't in contact with anymore so I thought it was simple like in the OS 5 days just enter the password incorrectly 10 times and the device would be reset but it just locks me out for 15 mins and then comes back with the same screen. I can't sign in with any other BD ID

    What to do in this case? I need to wipe the device then sell it

    ohhhh I just realized that you can simply cancel the login prompt and wipe it! just did that thanks for the super fast reply
