    Hi, I tried upgrading to the new OS (10.1....), the upgrade was completed and asked to restart the device. The device has been restarting for the past 3 hours now, i don't know what to do, the phone is just not coming on. Its still at the blackberry welcome page. Any suggestions pls???

    I have an STL100-2 Z10 device, after ugprading to the latest software (10.2.0.429) 4G disappeared from network settings and home screen, I need help getting it back.
