    OP: that doesn't sound right. I've had to re-install one of my Exchange accounts once (MS365), and my wife as well (on her Q10 on 10.1, my Z10 on 10.2). But there was a small service interruption at MS and I had changed the password the day before, maybe that was it. I dont even think I can restart the Hub on 10.2?

    I never have had to swipe to re-start the Hub. Meanwhile one question. My Hub has the Google Talk but I have deleted Google Talk as I don't use that at all. But then Google Talk in the hub simply refuses to go away!

    i've only had to do it after changing settings / account info but that isn't required for settings to adhere, i just do it for a refreshed hub.
