    I'm on an average 5-6 times throughout the day.

    At least once for hitting reply and not being able to type and multiple times for seeing email on my desktop, and missing it on my BB

    I'm on 10.1.0.1720 and have tried deleting and re-adding accounts more than I ever thought I would have to in my life owning a Blackberry device...

    Been there, done that, on my 5th load now. Ticket with RIM opened, but their BB10 support is frightening. I don't think they've trained their employees.

    All accounts are push. If I restart they're there. It's not like a 1-2 min delay, it's a 30 min - 2 hour period when some accounts just stop responding in the hub. Have checked account settings of course to make sure I'm still connected.

    Well there is upto a 24 hour sync option. And even a manual one. Although independent of the sync intervals you should still get your emails. I did experience the huge delays on my Yahoo account. Deleted it. Gmail is instant. What email provider are you using?

    I think what you're missing is that the hub is actually frozen. Almost like the process freezes up. I've verified it has nothing to do with the sync interval by seeing it missing email, turning off all data connections, restarting hub, and then the emails are there buried down where they initially should have shown up.

    I don't think it's a good idea to do a battery pull, if you read through the forums they tell you to hold the up/down button on the Q10 until it goes to the loading screen. Not sure about Z

    Your initial post seemed to focus on delayed emails being the problem (or perhaps I misread).

    I think you've got problems. I've only restarted mine once to show someone how it's done.

    Verizon
    Z10
    10.1.0.2151

    My only gripe is that if I do shut down or restart, the Settings menu either doesn't come up the first time and I have to restart it -or it takes 15-20 seconds to come up. Since it seems to go away after a few days it's really a non-issue.

    I have actually had my Hub freeze up but only 2x and it was just shortly after the 10.1 update (Rogers). I was a bit worried but then the OS seemed to settle in and it's been fine since.

    Running the latest leak now and it's awesome.
