Hi,

I tried to do a secrurity wipe. But the phone crashed in the middle of the process.
So I used the autoloader from the BB-site to get my phone working again.
But now I have this watermarks on the edges and don't know how to remove it.
Also some App's like the alarm is'nt working properly.
I also tried the BB-Link OS reset. But i get the error A:0x000000A2.

What device you are using? Q10 SQN100-3
What OS or Firmware is your device running on? 10.3.3.746 Autoloader Version
What steps have you taken already to try to fix the issue? I tried to update the Phone with Saches. I tried BB-Link OS reset.
Are there any specific error messages you get? If so, what are they? From BB-Link:
A:0x000000A2

Once you auto-load you can't go back to the link OS loading. Can you send screen shots?

OP, you loaded a developer OS on your phone. Use a full OS. Here is a link:
