    hy folks, i've aready running 10.2.1 SDK beta version from developer on my z10 STL-1002 device, but as you know it doesn't work properly. so i want to switch to my old version os 10.2.0.1767
    so, any advice?? please show me step by step.

    just download the autoloader you would like to install and run it

    you can use the latest BlackBerry link to reload your os bro it will revert to the latest carrier os
    choose reload software in BlackBerry link
    anything you can ask again
