I tried to update my T-Mobile Q10 to OS 10.3.2.2789 using the latest version of Sachesi. It appears some of the files updated but others did not. The download took a long time and only 4 of 246 files loaded. My phone is stuck at the enter password screen; however, the keyboard does not respond so I cannot enter my password to unlock the device. I've tried to reload the software using Link, but it is unable to maintain a connection or returns an error unable to reload the software. I a;so tried to reconnect the phone to Sachesi which shows the software as 10.3.2.2789; however, I cannot reload or wipe the device. I also removed the sim card and SD card- no change even after multiple hard restarts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't install the apps. You need to extract those from the debrick file and sideload them with Sachesi.

Apps + core + radio. Put them all in a folder and use Sachesi.

Thanks for your response. It's my first time using Sachesi to change an OS. I'll do a search to find out how to extract from the debrick file and sideload with Sachesi. I have no idea what any of that means, but I'm game for finding out how it works.
