    I have some stupid picture that is my default unknown album cover photo and don't know how to get rid of it or change it. It's annoying. And I've looked through the file manager to see if I can find it but I can't find it.

    It appears to be embedded into the file you downloaded based on your info relayed. You can move it to your computer and strip it out of the ID3 tag or you can download an app like ID3IOT and remove it.
