I installed a 10.3 autoloader and I'd like to go back to 10.2. How can I do so?

I've tried a security wipe from the phone and through BlackBerry Link, but the OS remains at 10.3. I want to go back to the official latest Rogers BlackBerry 10 release.

    Thanks!

Your best bet is to use a 10.2 autoloader, or you can use link to reload the latest official OS.

plug your device into your computer and open BB Link, go to Prefrences (Top right Corner), click on "Reload Device Software" and then click on the "Reload" Button.

    Hope that helps.

Run the 10.2 autoloader version you want to revert to. Have you tried doing it this way yet?

    Z30 / STA 100-3 / 10.2.1.3289

Well You are getting that error at a certain percentage most probably because the servers are busy or your connection is slow. Get a 10.2 autoloader or restart your pc and try again with link. If You get the error again, you'd have to browse through the many BlackBerry folders on your pc, most probably the one in your roaming folder and browse to research in motion folder to delete a file starting with qc***. Delete that and start the reload process again from link. Best of luck. I'll try to get You the exact location of the file when I get home. Cheers
