I must sent all my contact from my Phone via bluetooth to my car radio, but i Dont want to Save per contact, but all in one time.

This is somewhat dependent on the make/model of your car, but have you checked the bluetooth sync on the car itself? On my car, that's where the option is found to sync contacts. It imports them, then checks when I start the car and syncs any updates.

(I had looked, but found no way to send the entire list from my device.)
