The other day I received a BBM video request from someone while in bed. For obvious reasons I didn't want to answer the video call but I still wanted to talk to the person. On PlayBook Video calls you can switch from Voice to Video & back again, same with Skype, but how do you do it with BB10?

This problem led to me awkwardly trying to talk to the person with my thumb over the camera while trying to figure out how to turn it off.

    Thx

I have had this happen as well. If I remember correctly, there was no option other than to ignore the call, then call back immediately using the voice option. It would be a nice feature as I've often been in video calls where the video was choppy and switching to voice only would've helped the conversation along...

Yeah just ignore it and call back using voice. Only way for now, otherwise turn on screen sharing if you don't want to ignore the call lol

    Yea I figured as much

Hopefully this will change soon. Seems strange that they would remove such a useful feature that they had on PB Video.
