If you are in the hub, select an email account to look into, select a batch email, then select an individual email within it: I would retrace my steps to get back into the hub by leafing through the pages.
I didn't know that once I was fully into my account, that all I had to do to return to the main hub body was to simply press the back icon and pull right, and bam! Right back to the root hub.
    DOH!

How did I miss this in the Hub?-img_20140922_234924.png

And with one motion using the "back" button pull over, from deep in the hub ; voila!

I actually just noticed you can do the same thing in the CB app...that's some smart developing on their part.

Super! I never realized that one either. Thank you for posting that!

Now "Peek" is making more sense! I had tried to swipe to the right from higher up.

In the early days of the CB10 app (and BB10), not even the developers knew about the "root menu" gesture, and actually coded one in themselves which you could use by tapping on the CB logo on the upper left corner (still works).

You've probably never SEEN the BlackBerry 10 roadshows late 2012 that specifically highlighted and glamorified Vivek Bhardwash's hands (sorry Vivek if I spelled your familly name incorrectly).

Peek and Flow is strong with this one.

It's a default action that's associated with using Navigation Panes, I had to work out a couple nasty bugs once I found out about it

The cool thing is that BlackBerry built this into Cascades, so any native app using navigation panes will do this. FastTube for example, you can work your way pretty deep into related videos, but the tabs menu is just a swipe away.

I'm definitely going to try that elsewhere on the phone. Man, that is a critical time saver and convenient.
To me the Peek feature was just pulling the screen over, or swiping up and right.
Damn, son, me likey long time!
