Here's my situation.

I have outlook set up to handle my business emails (self employed) and my business email is an @rogers.com webmail service. I've entered all pop etc into outlook.

How can I set it up to sync my Z30 colander? What do I need to do? I've searched high and low but all the searches seem to tell me that I have to set up an outlook.com email address but I don't want to do this given my stationary etc and the fact I've used this address for 15 years.

Can anyone help me or point me to a user guide on how to get my z30 to sync with my Outlook 2007 on my business computer?

You can set it up using BlackBerry Link for desktop. I also recommend using Office 2013 for a better experience
