    Getting an Unknown error message in the upper right hand corner of my homepage. Games won't play properly. Phone sometimes just shuts off on its own. Getting ready to throw this phone out the window. Any help would be appreciated.

    Might be the software or the battery, I had the same issue when I had the Z10
