    So I open Voice Control and say:

    "Set a reminder "call Joe" at 2 pm today.

    It makes the reminder in my calendar like I said but it has the alert go off 15 minutes before 2 pm... so 1:45pm.
    Is there anyway to change it so the alert goes off at the time I told it to instead? And I know I can always go through the math and make the appointment 15 minutes later than I want, but I want it to work so it alerts me at the time I mention in the reminder.

    Calendar > Settings > General > Meeting Reminder > set to what ever time you want to be notified

    I just tried this. Didn't work. Then I rebooted to see if it needed that. Still didn't work. Looks like Voice Control automatically does it 15 minutes beforehand.

    That's weird, if its setting the reminder in your calendar it "Should" go by your calendar settings
