    Can you tell me which device you have, z10 or q10, which OS version you have on it, and which carrier you're with?

    That's probably a good place to start. Sorry, that's just a difficult problem for us to diagnose on the forums. Telus should be able to trouble shoot it with you, if you don't get a solution from there post back here and we'll see what else we can try.
