One very minor UI feature which annoys me is the animation on switching between screens on the home/apps screen.

When moving between the active frames and app screens/tabs, the animation makes it look like they are connected as an accordion (with one folding over the other).

I know this is just a preference, but I would much prefer if they slid in and out from the right over top of the screens to the left (like when switching from active frames tab to the hub), or even just slid as one block (like iOS).

I find the current animation annoying because it does not seem realistic (not that it has to be, but still): things can either slide away or be covered up the current animation is a strange combination of both plus fading.

I am not comparing to Android, I just think this is more consistent and simpler.

The problem is that people don't want simple anymore.

If it was possible to get 3D without glasses on your phone everyone would buy it

The point is that it was marketed that way, I never actually used one, but I do remember the commercials

I userstand but I think the main issue is that people want animations.

I think the animations are way less than on my old htc/sony.

Iphone gives a budget feeling, more like a pimped BlackBerry 7 phone

IOS looks dated to Me. No wow factor to the UI. Bland at best.

I want more TAT and impressive eye candy.
