Have you tried contacting the carrier themselves? If that's not an option, I would say keep trying reputable unlockers, i.e. ones with refund policies.

Look for something called a universal unlock code. It's always more expensive but AFAIK guaranteed to work

I went through 4 sites until Cellunlocker.net finally unlocked my Z30! Give them a try! They were fast! And worked!
