    When surfing the Web and often while in the CB10 app, I find pics aren't downloaded and instead I have a little blue box there. I was told on these forums before, that in order to down load the picture, I need to double tap the icon, or long press the icon. Neither works for me. See screen shot below. Any ideas?

    I've had this happen and it's usually when my wifi dropped or my data is turned off.

    It's been happening since BB10 was released and through several OS'S updates and wipes.
