Hi need help my z10 keeps losing my wifi at home. My Internet is working fine the laptop is working my Playbook. This is the first time I've had this issue, I've had my z10 for well over a year now. Thanks on advance

After rebooting both the router and the phone, can you see anything that might cause interference? a microwave for example will especially kill your A/B/G connection.

You also might want to try deleting and re-adding the wifi entry on your phone - it helped my PlayBook when it started getting random authentication rejections.

I've done all of those things but hasn't made any difference. All my other devices are working ok. My z10 connects for about 10 mins then loses connection. Thanks

I think there's a lot of people suffered this over the past few hours. Seemed to be fixed once BlackBerry World maintenance had finished. Not sure how that works yet though lol

My Z10, Q10 & Z30 have done this for months now. There is a long thread where many reported it.

My orientation sensor also stops working. It's these little things which don't get fixed asap which worry me about BlackBerry.
