I recently noticed my BBVE icon had disappeared... so I uninstalled then reinstalled the app... its back but now it crashes every time I try to open it! Does anyone know how to fix it?

What device are you using and do you have the most up to date OS running on it.?

You need the version coming with the 10.3.3 Update. The one in BlackBerry World will crash.
10.3.3s version won't show an icon anymore and only be available from the help app.
