Hello, I downloaded 3 applications from z 10 in the app world, it was to download but now I have 3 applications remains open for download. they are on the Z 10 but still downloading, I try to delete one application, but now I can not reinstall it someone the same thing?

At this stage I'd suggest a hard reset. Hold down both volume keys then hold down power button at the same time until the screen goes blank then release.

Your phone will reboot and hopefully all will be well.

The only solution to this issue right now is to do a complete reinstall or "Wipe" of the OS on the phone hopefully BlackBerry will address the problem in the next released update.
