    From few days I am having issue of app crashing, like default web browser, mx player. So please help me. Ps - nowadays my phone react very slow.

    Do hard reset, if the hard reset cannot resolved the issues. Reload OS by autoloader. Note, do not restore the back files. i have these issues too.

    Z10/STL100-2 /10.3.2.2339

    thanks for the help and can you tell me how to to hard reset? it means security wipe? i already did this. and how to Reload OS by autoloader?

    Depending on your device..but holding the volume up and down keys for about 20 seconds should force a hard reboot.
