Has anyone solved this?

Purchased Q10 today. Have a paid google apps account (@mylastname.com). I keep getting the error: "Service for account ([email protected]) is not available. Access should be available soon. [Error code: 403]"

Here are the settings right now:
Domain: mylastname.com
Username: [email protected]
Email address: [email protected]
Password: [password for that account]
Server Address: m.google.com
Port: 443
SSL: On

Any help is very appreciated. Been looking for an answer for hours.
