Looks like I will be returning to 10.2 for now, as there is a bizarre issue with my Google Apps account.

If it try to compose an email with that account I get a message telling me that HTML email had been disabled by IT Policy.

Bit of a pain considering I use this facility. If it were something I could fix I would stick it out but it have read a BlackBerry support forum and a post or two on here and found no fix.

Such a shame as I like the unread message gesture and picture password

I have not gone back yet, as im busy backing up... but I assume if I do a device reload (given vodafone have not released 10.2.1) I will end up with 10.2, thats my logic.

Ars3.... looks like the 10.2.1 backup is incompatible with 10.2

Luckily I backed up my phone while on 10.2 today, on another computer. At work.... annoying!

You're lucky codiak... I'm on Deutsche Telekom (Germany) and they have already rolled out 10.2.1... so a factory restore takes me "back" to 10.2.1... you're also lucky because of backup... my latest 10.2.0 backup does not work on the unofficial 10.2.0...

some android app better run in 10.2.1 but most of app i use run smoother in 10.2.0.1809 with token method.

yes. 10.2.0.1809 in leak subforum, dowdload it only 1 file more than 1gb, that's the autoloader, just run it and wait your phone will fresh back to 10.2.0.1809

Same here. I'm calling bullshot. Enough people on this site use Google apps that this would have exploded on CB before this.

G apps, enail synced through IMAP - no issues on .1925 or any earlier.

Is this the solution then? To switch from Active Sync to IMAP?

I'm going to try an exchange account today, if that works then this is google apps specific.

You do realize if it's a "true" bug. It won't get fixed unless the person experiencing the bug calls into Support. So support can gather steps to reproduce and gather logs.... only then can the cause be found and fixed. if you just hide the problem by downgrading or using a workaround (imap) they will never know and it will never get fixed.

This most likely has to do with a setting in the Google Apps exchange server settings (or BES I on one) but there is a workaround on page 2 besides switching to IMAP.
