I have changed my Gmail password on my pc for about a month ago, but my Gmail is still being synchronized on my Z10 using the old password. I didn't changed my password on my BlackBerry.
What is that?!!

Your phone doesn't keep you password. Once you log in it leaves some other information (some code) on your device which is used to log in, and that didn't change.

Even so, that doesn't make sense.
That is not the case for my yahoo email. Anytime I change my email password I should change it on my phone too, and this is a normal acceptable process.

You authorised the BlackBerry email client the first time you set your Gmail account. If you want to know how it's working, look for "OAuth 2" in Google

But the authorization will probably be revoked, so you will have to authenticate again. I think you have a 30 days delay.
