    There are some places already established for this, BlackBerry has a site "I can make it better" where you can submit ideas for improvement to their platform and hardware...

    They have to polish 10.3.1 as fast as they can, so that the majority of developers/workers in BlackBerry can take their time in thinking on something new: new OS, new devices(not only phone maybe), new services and softwares in general...
