I could not find a thread or post to exactly give me the results I am looking for so here is a thread for just that. To reduce confusion for others please title your post for the specific emulator in question. Please list other emulators (Android or native BlackBerry) as you find them and if you have tested the performance. If needed and the original author and uploader don't mind then I will host the download link for each emulator on my OneDrive so there will be access at all times.

I am looking for an emulator that is fully functional with InstallShield and Wizard for Windows...

When I need to test something on a different OS, I just run it on a VM.

VM PLayer, VM Ware Professional/Workstation, Oracle VirtualBox.

Depending on your needs and possibly budget (VM Ware Professional/Workstation is expensive) some are better or easier at handling tasks than the others. I have used all 3 and they have plusses and minuses.

Thanks. I didn't check back for post but played around and found there is no way to fully emulate Windows so I will edit the post.

Do you have 20GB of additional storage space for Windows 7 (64-bit) on you device?

Will you be running Boot Camp as well?
