    Knowing that an FM tuner is integrated into the chip, what would it take to activate it and build an HDFM Radio Tuner App for BlackBerry 10? That way, we can pick up some free offline music when no signal or WiFi is available.

    BlackBerry would have to make the API's available for the hardware access. There would also have to be an antenna for it, which I'm not sure that hardware is there.

    Antenna is always a headphone cable, like in Curve 9360 for example.

    Yes, but is the hardware actually connected so the antenna input to the chip is connected to the headphone jack? That was more my point than if it had an internal physical antenna. I should have been more clear.

    Me either, basically it is a big fat no.

    I did hear somewhere though that it would "be coming later in the year." :-/ (Not really, but isn't that the official party line?)
