Please do anybody have a possible solution, Received/Draft Text messages not showing and files received via bluetooth are not stored on device memory. I don't use Memory Card. Every other thing works fine on the OS. I need help asap

You sure you just aren't looking in the right place? Have you tried using the search function to see if the file pops up?
