Hi-

Some of the changes in 10.2.1 sound great, for example, the ability to place Contacts in Categories/Groups, but I was just wondering whether several of the more serious issues with Contacts have been addressed, specifically:

1) Has the auto-creation of duplicate contacts been eliminated? If I add a contact to my Z10, can I have the assurance that I will not see 2 or more of the same record in my contact list several days later?

2) Is the logging of activity/call history now accurate? (no more linking of emails and texts with incorrect contact, no more calls made without ever being added to log)

3) Does the call/activity log extend beyond 30 days? (currently call and contact activity history only goes back 30 days, should be forever)

4) Does direct sync via Blackberry Link with Local Outook (installed on a PC) work in a non-destructive fashion? (without deleting data in unsupported fields or without creating duplicate records in Outlook) Also, is syncing of Blackberry Contact Groups with Outlook Categories supported?

5) Can one contact record be included in multiple Contact Groups?
