I think it would be cool to be able to change the appearance of reader mode.

I'd love to make it look like yellow faded paper. Use a slider adjustment for how yellow. It should be non uniform of course with variations in color. Maybe even darker spots?

Additionally, It would be neat if the letters also had a filter to mimic the imperfections of the printing press.

I'm just starting to realize that I am sick of black text on white background.

FWIW: Images in reader mode might need a similar filter applied.

I'm all for more customization. I don't know if that's in the plans though.

You can change it to white text on black color as well
