To me it seems like a pretty logical and desired feature, but I have not seen much of a call for it around the forums. BlackBerry should allow for the app icons to be placed at the bottom of a home page or where ever the user wants for that matter if people want there's at the top center ect, and much like Android to have the folders open towards the bottom of the screen making reaching and selecting the app you want all the easier.

Yes, I haven't seen someone mention that for a long time, and it's a great idea.

You should be able to both (a) choose a default top or bottom layout and (b) be able to manually place icons anywhere on any home screen page.
