Failed to get video licence!

I rented a movie from Blackberry World. When I attempt to download it the message "Failed to get video licence" appears and stops download. Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?

Yep happens to me about 5% of the time to me. Call and get a refund.

It's a pain in the ***. I looked for a phone number on blackberry world, maybe I'm blind but I could not see one. Would you have the number to call? Thanks for the help.

I'm thinking Blackberry should contract out their video store. They could make a bunch of money here by offering "Download Now and we ship you the Blueray/DVD as well" like other sites. It would move their video store to a first class operation. It may already be contracted out but they really should add the Blueray/DVD shipping part.
