    Extreme Maps Pro doesn't load sometimes and other times it cannot find my location.
    Has there been some changes to it or the BB10 OS that has caused this?
    My phone has been running hot lately and we recently had an OS update.

    Have no experience with Extreme Maps Pro....

    That said, doing a clean install of the OS... is something that you "might" benefit from. By all means do a backup first (use a few different backup options), but if at all possible don't do a restore of old data.
