    Guys,

I have notification about 35 unread messages on the lock screen of my BB10:

But I can't find them in the Hub or any exact account:

I've deleted all my email, Facebook, Twitter, ... accounts but 35 unread messages are still on the lock screen.
    Help me to find them

Go to todays date in the hub and hold your finger on the date. Then in the menu that pops up select Mark prior Read. Then reboot. Worked for me.

It happens again and again. How to solve this problem once and for all?

I think those are emails hidden in some folders, this was the case with bbos too.

If you are using Gmail, then this is because you deleted some mails without opening them first.
Those mails are stored in folders like: All mails, Bin, Sent messages, sent mails

Great info and thanks. I hope they add the ability to jump straight into a message.

By the way, It probably wouldn't help with this particular issue but, while in the Hub, if you slide your finger slowly up from the bottom a bar slides in from the right which shows you a count of the unread messages in each category.

Is this done from the accounts list or notifications list? Can't make it happen either way
